Our Fleet Renewal and Management Program includes:

• An ongoing fleet purchasing and replacement program

• The introduction of a fleet of electric vehicles into our hard waste and bin services contracts.

•  A scheduled servicing and maintenance program

• An online maintenance and service tracking system which ensures all repairs and servicing are completed efficiently and within required timelines.

• Fleet inspections at the start and end of every day 

• Regular audits and inspections of crews and fleets while they are out on runs during the day. 

• The installation of the latest integrated data collection and reporting system, including live streaming access to video footage and camera snapshots, GPS routing and tracking system.

​All fleet inspections are recorded using the company’s inspection app and the performance of our fleet maintenance and inspection program is regularly reviewed by senior management.
